General licence - EXD676(S) - permits movement of animals from a bluetongue temporary control zone (TCZ) to the free area subject to conditions including, vaccination or testing as appropriate, inspection, vehicle cleansing and insecticide treatment, and record-keeping. Valid from 21 August 2026. Breaches are a criminal offence.
