The campaign response was primarily paper-based and was entered onto the online system by Scottish Government staff in order to receipt the responses, allow appropriate publication and analyse the results. The responses were entered into the budget question (dissatisfied with the budget), although during analysis it was noticed that some additional campaign responses had been entered online into Question 9 on the agri-environment scheme.
