Single Scottish Estate: Senior Advisory Group
Overview
This group was created in September 2023 to provide oversight to the Single Scottish Estate (SSE) programme.
The group provides advice and challenge to the Senior Responsible Owner, supporting them in their decision making.
It also ensures there is join up at the strategic level between the programme and wider initiatives and acts as an escalation point for issues as required.
Governance
There is a set of robust Governance Boards which oversee the SSE programme. These include the Public property Leaders Forum, Senior Advisory Group and the Programme Delivery Board.
