NHS Ayrshire and Arran Assurance Board
Overview
This board was established in March 2026 following the escalation of NHS Ayrshire and Arran to stage 4 of the NHS Scotland Support and Intervention Framework. It will report to the Director General of Health and Social Care, and Chief Executive of NHS Scotland.
The board will provide oversight of NHS Ayrshire and Arran and monitor improvements against key challenges.
