Health and social care service renewal: programme board
Overview
The Service Renewal Framework (SRF) Programme Board first met in December 2025.
It provides strategic oversight of the programme's objectives, with a focus on outcomes, benefits and the wider change plan, outlined in the Health and Social Care Service Renewal Framework. It is supported by programme structures, including an internal Scottish Government SRF delivery board, which oversees delivery of actions across 7 major change areas. The Board meets quarterly.
