Wellbeing economy monitor
Brings together indicators to provide a baseline for assessing progress towards the development of a wellbeing economy in Scotland.
Introduction
The Wellbeing Economy Monitor was developed to establish a comprehensive baseline for tracking progress towards the development of a wellbeing economy in Scotland. It is based on the wellbeing outcomes in the National Performance Framework and designed to complement the indicators within the National Strategy for Economic Transformation.
From 2025, the local wellbeing economy monitor has been combined with the national wellbeing economy monitor to give a unified tool to facilitate the monitoring of the development of a wellbeing economy in Scotland at both a national and local level.
