Donna Bell

Donna became Director for Social Care and National Care Service Development in December 2021.

Donna previously led on a number of policy areas, including Covid response, mental health, police, improvement, attainment and wellbeing in learning, early years and youth justice. She initially worked in the financial services sector, before joining the Scottish Government in 2002.
