Can you give me the full number of deaths on the A9 between Perth and Inverness since January 1 2019 and, if at all possible, include the identities (the names, at least) of those who died?
Response
Transport Scotland does not have some of the information you have asked for because we do not hold the identities of the those who died.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Transport Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested.
However, you may wish to contact Police Scotland at foi@scotland.police.uk who may be able to provide you with further information.
Please see Annex A to this response for the number of fatalities on the A9 trunk road, between Perth and Inverness, between 1 January 2019 and 14 November 2022.
