Strategic environmental assessment: pre-screening register
Record of pre-screenings submitted to the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) gateway, as required by Section 7(5) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.
Pre-screenings relate to those plans and programmes where the Responsible Authority has determined there is likely to be no or minimal effect on the environment from their implementation and therefore exempt from SEA.
