Social Security Scotland: The Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2021

Updated draft regulations for Adult Disability Payment.

When Scottish Ministers propose to make regulations under section 79 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018, they must:

  • tell the Scottish Commission on Social Security of their proposals
  • notify the Scottish Parliament that they have done so
  • make their proposals publicly available

Scottish Ministers sent proposals in the form of the draft Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2021 to the Commission and the Scottish Parliament on 25 June 2021.

These regulations have since undergone further drafting and updated draft regulations were therefore provided to the Commission.

This page contains an updated draft of the Adult Disability Payment regulations.
