Spending information from the Single Building Assessment pilot.

Single Building Assessments (SBAs) were introduced in March 2021, following a recommendation of the Ministerial Working Group on Mortgage Lending and Cladding. These assessments are for multi occupancy residential buildings with cladding on their external walls.

Cladding Remediation Programme Spend by Grant/Contract

In line with the Ministerial statement to Parliament, the Cladding Remediation Programme is moving from a grant model to directly procuring and issuing contracts for building assessments and associated programme delivery work.
