June 2025 Review

The Scottish Government undertook this Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) review following commitments made in the Short-term Lets Licensing Implementation Update Report[1] published in August 2024. It reflects additional feedback received since publication of the original impact assessment in December 2020 and changes following the introduction of The Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Amendment Order 2024.
