2026 to 2027

One year funding for projects supporting sexual health and blood borne virus priorities across Scotland.

The funding programme provides one-year grants for 2026 to 2027 to maintain progress between the current Sexual Health and Blood Borne Virus Action Plan 2023 to 2026 and the next iteration of the strategic plan. It reflects the Scottish Government’s commitment to supporting services that address inequalities, reach underserved populations, and cover both urban and rural communities across Scotland.

Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership

Project:  Support, healing, advice, recovery, encouragement (SHARE).

Delivering integrated BBV and sexual health services in rural communities.

Project: Faith, Culture and Health Improvement in African communities.

Delivering culturally informed approaches to reducing blood borne virus (BBV) stigma and improving testing, prevention and treatment uptake within African communities in Scotland.

Project: Sexual Health and Wellbeing Drop-in for Young People.

Expanding youth-friendly, harm-reduction-based sexual health support.
