Quarter 4 2025 to 2026 Index

  • the quarters relate to the financial year, i.e., 1Q: April to June; 2Q: July to September; 3Q: October to December; 4Q: January to March
  • the provisional index for 4Q 2025 to 2026 shows an increase of 5.0% in the year from 4Q 2024 to 2025 and 0.2% on the previous quarter 3Q 2025 to 2026
  • the index for 2Q 2025 to 2026 is now firm, based on 20 projects, it shows an increase of 1.0% from the previous quarter and an increase of 0.7% compared with 2Q 2024 to 2025
  • the index for 4Q 2025 to 2026 is based on 16 projects and will be subject to revision as more projects are indexed
