Scottish Infected Blood Support Amendment Scheme 2025
Amendments to the scheme which comes into force from 1 March 2025.
An amending scheme document which comes into force on 1 March 2025 to close the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme to new applications from 31 March 2025, to allow “deregistration” of beneficiaries who have received their compensation under the Core route from the IBCA, and instate a mechanism by which any overpayments identified can be recovered.
