Draft regulations and letters from the Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People regarding Scottish Child Payment draft regulations 2020 and 2021.
Correspondence from the Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People asking SCoSS to consider the Scottish Child Payment draft regulations 2020, in accordance with section 97 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018. Initial draft regulations were provided on 4 October 2019 and further draft regulations were provided on 20 December 2019. The Cabinet Secretary then asked SCoSS to consider further draft provisions on 5 February 2020.
