Scottish budget meetings where Green Party MSPs and cabinet members were present since 2022: FOI release

Information requested

Information relating to all meetings relating to the Scottish budget in which Green MSPs and members of the Scottish Government’s cabinet were present since January 1, 2022, including, dates, times, locations, minutes and actions resulting from the meeting. Please exclude all Scottish Parliament committee meetings and meetings of the whole Scottish Parliament.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 29(1)(a) (formulation of policy), s.30(b)(i) (provision of free and frank advice) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why those exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
