As at 31 October 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had received 1,203 expressions of interest (EoIs) via the Single Open Call, which is an increase of 141 from 30 September 2025.

Just over half of the EoIs (55%) were submitted by social landlords.

As at 31 October 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had identified that 405 (34%) of the EoIs received as part of the Single Open Call were not eligible for funding from the Programme to carry out an SBA.

It is important to note that not all of the EoIs received had been checked as at 31 October 2025, so the number of EoIs that are not eligible for SBA funding is likely to increase.

As at 31 October 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had issued initial grant or funding offers in relation to 475 EoIs.

As at 31 October 2025, the Cladding Remediation Programme had been informed that 16 Single Building Assessments (SBAs), based on the specification published in June 2024, had been completed. The number of completed SBAs had not increased from 30 September 2025.

As at 31 October 2025, urgent interim measures were in place in buildings relating to six of the completed SBAs. Remediation work had started in buildings relating to two of the completed SBAs, including one where urgent interim measures were also in place. These numbers had not increased from 30 September 2025.

The Cladding Remediation Programme’s total expenditure from financial year 2021/22 to 31 October 2025 was £14.5 million.
