The Scottish Government commissioned an externally led review of the procedure for handling harassment complaints involving current or former Ministers.

The review by Laura Dunlop QC makes a number of recommendations to strengthen the process for handling such complaints in the future.

The Scottish Government welcomes this review and the constructive, forward looking recommendations that Ms Dunlop has made and will work in partnership with our recognised trade unions to take these matters forward.
