An errata was published on 19th February 2021, as a result of changes to PDF page 6 paragraph ‘10.3’; page 10 paragraph ‘14.1’; page 11 paragraph ’19.2’ and page 13 paragraphs ’24.4, 24.5 and 24.6’, which provide details of the Fireworks (Scotland) Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2021 which revoke the Fireworks (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 but will continue to take forward the Scottish Government’s objectives.
