Consultation asking for information about the experience of communities affected by the 1984 to 1985 miners' strike.
Submission of responses to this consultation closed on 30 November 2018. Please check the
independent review working group page for updates.
An independent review is being carried out into the impact of policing on affected communities in Scotland during the 1984 to 1985 miners' strike.
The review group is gathering information which will help inform its report and recommendations to the Cabinet Secretary for Justice.
The attached information sheet provides more information about the review and explains how to submit your views. This can be done online or in writing, by post or email.
If responding in writing, the attached respondent information form must be completed and sent along with your response.
