Memorandum

The Official and Staff Sides of the PNBS have reached agreement on the terms for Maternity and Adoption Support Leave.

The terms under which these shall be paid are as follows:

  • The extension of the time period that maternity/adoption support leave can be taken to 52 weeks after the birth for children born from 25 June 2024.
  • The ability to take maternity/adoption support leave in two separate blocks of 1 week for children born from 25 June 2024.
