Discussion points

  • whole process needs to be proportionate for a 2Mt store. It is important to move quickly to deliver timeously and bring the supply/value chain at the right point
  • clarity is required on the need for an Economic licence for nearshore storage sites, or if there is exemptions available
  • investigate the possibility of streamlining processes at Lybster given the site’s current maturity, and what would need to be done if following NSTA regulations
