Information requested
- Broken down by calendar year, please provide the number of landlords struck off from the Scottish Landlord Register since 2012.
- Please, if possible, break this down by reason for the striking off
- Please also provide a geographical breakdown by council area.
- Please also provide this information in an Excel format.
Response
I enclose a copy of all of the available information you requested in Excel format. Please note that data on the reasons for revoking registrations is not collected. A landlord’s registration could be revoked for more than one reason, and a further breakdown of the numbers present a risk of being able to identify individual landlords.
