Key performance outcomes used to monitor the work of building standards local authority verifiers. This has been superceded by the April 2017 framework.

The framework of the key performance outcomes we use to monitor the work of building standards local authority verifiers is split into two broad themes:
- public interest
- continuous improvement
Within these two themes, there are three main areas on which we focus:
- professional expertise and technical process
- quality customer experience
- operational and financial efficiency
