Internal audit report relating to ferries contract: FOI release

Information requested
On the basis of the work undertaken and recommendations implemented in their annual report to the Transport Scotland Audit and Risk Committee, Internal Audit was able to provide Substantial Assurance in respect of Transport Scotland's risk management, control and governance arrangements. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send me a copy of this internal audit report to see how they reached this conclusion.
