Investment plan checklist and assurance plan template to be used for for Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) projects.

The Investment Plan Checklist asks a number of key questions to be considered during a project or programme based on Audit Scotland, OCIO and other good practice checklists and is designed to be used at key points throughout the project lifecycle.
