Information requested
A copy of all guidance/advice issued to Scottish Government staff about office working, home working and hybrid working between the beginning of 2021 and today’s date, as well as any articles posted on the internal intranet system.
Response
A copy of some of the information you requested is attached.
An exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal data the disclosure of which would contravene data protection principles) applies to some of the information you have requested and names of officials have been redacted.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
