HNDA tool instructions 2018

This guide is for those running the HNDA tool. It explains the inputs and outputs, how to navigate the tool and the choices available.

The Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) tool was refreshed in October 2018. The guidance sets out what's new in version 3.0 of the tool.

You can continue to use the previous version 2.3.3 of the HNDA tool if you wish.
