Health board annual reports published under duty 12IM of the Health and Care Staffing Act (2019).
Duty 12IM of The Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 (HSCA) requires every Health Board and National Services Scotland to publish an annual report each financial year. These reports explain how they met their duties under the Act.
Scottish Ministers collect these reports and create a combined report. This is then laid before the Scottish Parliament before the start of the next financial year.

We are required by law to publish these reports as we receive them under the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019. To maintain transparency, we have made minimal changes to these files.
