Item 1: Welcome and Introductions
The Chair welcomed attendees, introduced new members and noted apologies. 

Item 2: GFIB Workstreams 

2.1    Policy and Strategy Workstream
The workstream lead noted that a sub-group for Infrastructure had been set up and that SE now had a dedicated lead for Innovation work. 

2.2    Jobs and Skills Workstream
Update from the Jobs and Skills workstream

2.3    Community and Place Workstream
CVS Falkirk updated on their work.

Item 3: Update: Project Willow
EY provided an update on Project Willow, as it moved towards conclusion. The conclusions are being prepared for publication.

Item 4: Scottish Government Update
It was noted that the relevant updates had been made throughout the course of the meeting. 

Item 5: AOB 
It was agreed to keep to the current schedule and that 2025 meeting dates would be issued by the PMO.

Item 6: Close
The Chair thanked attendees for their contribution to the discussion and drew the meeting to a close.
