Information requested

Copy of the data provided in a previous FOI request 202100253412. You also asked about gaps in the data and if any actions were raised to fill these gaps and more closely monitor and report charging in the future.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information requested because:

• An exception under regulation 10(5)(e) of the EIRs applies to that information. The reasons why that exception applies are explained in the Annex 2 to this letter.

An exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.

Any gaps in the data are due to the exception rule above.

All other information, exceptions and caveats to the data that were included in the original response to 202100253412 still apply. Please refer to the response 202100253412 which will direct you to the correct data set on Annex 1-6 that applies to the original questions. Annex 1 to 4 are attached however Annex 5 and 6 are too large to be attached to this response therefore I will send an invitation via email that will allow you to register and access a secure platform where Annex 5 and 6 will be available for you to review and download should you wish.
