Items and actions

Actions from last meeting

The Chair took the opportunity to welcome group members and set the direction of the meeting advising that this session would be a good opportunity to discuss the way forward and group recommendation.

Engagement plan

The chair went over the upcoming engagement with stakeholders. The group noted that they are nearing the end of their engagement plan, with some final visits and online meetings taking place between now and the start of April.

The group noted that they would like to meet with the Minister later in April, prior to the publication of their final report, to discuss the progress of their work and review their recommendation proposal.

Action: Stakeholder meetings and advisory group meetings to continue as part of the engagement plan.

Action: Officials to arrange meeting with Minister for mid-late April.

The way forward

The group discussed the way forward in detail but noted that the final recommendation had not yet been fully developed. While progress had been made, further discussions will be needed before it is finalised. The group agreed that alternative options would also be explored in the coming weeks to fully test and determine the best way forward regarding a suitable model.

The next Advisory Group meeting is scheduled to take place on 3rd April in St Andrew’s House. The group agreed that this will provide the opportunity to refine the final recommendation.

Action: All members to continue to send comments for draft report.

Any other busineess (AOB)

The chair noted that she will be meeting with Officials in St Andrew’s House tomorrow to go over the draft report and make edits.

The Chair drew the meeting to a close, thanking members for attendance.
