Actions from last meeting

The Chair welcomed all attendees and outlined the purpose of the meeting, noting that the primary focus would be to review and discuss final amendments to the Group’s report.

Final report

Over recent weeks the Group has been actively working to finalise the report through email correspondence and online calls. Whilst the report is near complete, there are some drafting and comments that the Group wanted to discuss.

The secretariat for the Group shared the draft report for the Group to review and discuss at this meeting.

The Group initially aimed to have the final report prepared for submission today 16th May 2025. However, in light of the final amendments discussed during the meeting, the Group agreed to take the weekend to thoroughly review the draft to ensure all members were content prior to submission.

Once reviewed and content, the report will be forwarded for fact-checking on Monday afternoon. The Group aims to submit the final version to the Minister by the end of next week, however, acknowledge that the upcoming public holiday may impact this timeline.

Action: Final edits to be made and circulated around the Group for sign off by afternoon Monday 19th May.

Action: Report to be submitted for fact-checking and then formally submitted once complete.
