FOI request handling: draft action plan
Proposals in response to a report by the Scottish Information Commissioner.
In November 2017, the Scottish Information Commissioner announced an intervention to consider how the Scottish Government handles FOI requests, with a particular focus on media requests.
The Commissioner published his intervention report on 13 June 2018 and an action plan was agreed on 13 November 2018.
