You asked for 'Could you supply minutes/notes from all meetings held between the Scottish Government and Engender, plus briefings written for them, between February 1 2026 and March 25 2026?-Could you limit this to Equality, inclusion and human rights directorate?'
Response
The Human Rights Strategy and Legislation Unit held two meetings where Engender were present between 1 February and 25 March 2026. These were the Group Protection Treaty Roundtable and the Human Rights Incorporation and Implementation Oversight Board. Attached are the Roundtable presentation and notes.
The minutes for the Human Rights Incorporation and Implementation Oversight Board have been published on our gov web pages and can be found here. Whilst Engender are not listed as attendee I understand that they were sent a copy of these minutes.
