As some of the information you have requested is available to you, under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you have not received this information or do not have internet access to obtain this information, then please contact me again and I will send you paper copies.

Delivering Equally Safe Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of funding attached to the Delivering Equally Safe fund, for the requested organisations, are available through the grant offer letters sent to you on 16 June 2026. This was in reply to your FOISA (reference 202600516968) request of 17 May 2026.

The terms and conditions document can be accessed through the link in the section of the grant offer letters headed “Grant Offer Terms and Conditions: Award offer terms”. An example of the document, which can be access through the link, is enclosed with this letter for your information. Please note, while the document supplied is a blank example, the terms and conditions it contains are the same as those applied to all organisations awarded funding under the Delivering Equally Safe fund.
