Information requested

For the period 8 October 2024 - date, please provide:

(1.) All correspondence between the Scottish Government (including Ministers, Civil Servants, Special Advisers, and Press Officers) and Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp, CEO of Business for Scotland and Believe in Scotland.

(2.) Any briefing materials, notes, or minutes relating to meetings (in person or virtual) involving representatives of the Scottish Government and Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp.

The emails in Annex B relate to planning for a lunch event that the First Minister did not ultimately attend in his official capacity as a representative of the Scottish Government, therefore, the Scottish Government does not hold any other information or documents in relation to the event.

I am satisfied that all reasonable and proportionate steps have been taken to identify information within scope, and that no further relevant information is held by the Scottish Government.
