On 20 March 2026 the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Action and Energy, Gillian Martin MSP, delivered a keynote speech at the Energy Developers Charter Summit. We have undertaken searches to confirm that this was the only speech delivered by a Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary on 20 March 2026 in Aberdeen.
