National Treatment Centres correspondence: FOI release

Information requested

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

I am looking for all written communication, including associated briefings, to and from Ministers since 1 January 2026 to 19 May 2026 relating to the Scottish Government’s National Treatment Centres.

Please note that all communications including associated briefings to and from ministers in the time period of 1 January 2026 and 26 January 2026 have already been released as part of the response to an earlier FoI 202600503523 and have therefore not been included in the scope of this request.

While we endeavour to provide all information requested, some of the information has been found to be exempt:

Exemptions apply under sections s.25 s.29 (1) (a), s.30 (b)(i) s.30 (b)(ii) & s.38(1) (b) of FOISA to some of the information you have requested. Further information can be found in Appendix A.
