Scottish Government funding awarded to Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems (SHAAP) and Alcohol Focus Scotland (AFS): FOI release

Information requested

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I request the following information relating to Scottish Government funding awarded to Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems (SHAAP), including funding administered through the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE), and Alcohol Focus Scotland (AFS), from 1 April 2018 to the present.

Please provide:

1. Copies of grant award letters.
2. Copies of grant agreements.
3. Copies of documents setting out agreed outcomes, deliverables, objectives or key performance indicators attached to these grants.
4. Copies of annual monitoring reports, evaluation reports or progress reports submitted in relation to these grants.
5. Copies of any documents specifying activities expected to be undertaken under the funding arrangements.
