Response

I enclose a copy of of the information you requested in respect of the organisations listed in your request.

For each of the listed organisations I have included a copy of their grant offer letter for 26/27 and 27/28 in the first eleven attachments. (NB: I have included grant offer letters for Rape Crisis Scotland and Rape Crisis Scotland Partnership.)

I have interpreted your request for "applications for this funding" to refer to information provided when seeking their 26/27 and 27/28 grants rather than the application forms submitted in 2021 when the Delivering Equally Safe Fund opened initially.

The grant funding manager, Inspiring Scotland, has a case management system that contains information from organisations about the activity and intended outcomes from their grant funding submitted in an online form in 2025. The information was checked and updated in February 2026 to reflect 26/27 activity and outcomes. The 12th attachment that has been included in this response contains a collation of the relevant extracts from the case management system.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, ie names/contact details of individuals, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
