• of their undertakings or invoked legal services to enforce conditions of Non Disclosure Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements in any way whatsoever
• what were the nature of any breeches of Non Disclosure Agreements which required any of the above actions or actions of enforcement in any way whatsoever
• which law firms & legal representatives (identity, role - solicitor, solicitor advocate, KC, Scottish Govt Counsel, Advocate) were used
• the costs of the above’

Response

We have reviewed our records and I can confirm that the Scottish Government did not identify any information that would fall within the scope of your request for the period from 1 January 2021 to 17 March 2026 (that is the date of your FOI request).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested. This is because we have not had any such cases.
