Information requested

All documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings and analysis, about routes to an independence referendum, from the last two months.

Response

Some of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter.

Exemptions under S.38(1)(b), S.30(b)(i) and S.29(1)(a) apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply is explained in Annex B of this letter.
