Information requested

The disclosure of technical data under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIR). This request concerns flat roof installations conducted via the Warmer Homes Scotland / Heat in Buildings programme within the Isle of Lewis and Harris during 2025.

For all properties where a flat roof installation was completed or attempted, please provide a summary table containing:

• Anonymised Property Identifier (e.g., Property 1).
• Roof Covering System (e.g., Alkoplan System F).
• Contractor/Subcontractor Identity for physical site works.
• Insulation Specifications (Depth and type).
• Calculated Resultant U-value.
• Wind-Loading Verification: Indicate (Yes/No/Not held) if site-specific calculations were documented.
• Aborted Installations: List of instances where existing insulation prevented work, identified only by anonymised property ID.
