I have interpreted your question to mean all correspondence sent to the Executive Team members Distribution List and enclose a copy of the information you requested. Two pieces of information match your request-:

1. An email to the Executive Team Distribution List regarding the Saltire News Article

2. An email on a briefing for ‘Ask ET’ which provides an update on the New Pensions Provider

Some of the information you have requested is exempt from release under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act, as it constitutes personal information relating to individuals other than the requester.

Disclosure of this information would breach the data protection principles set out in the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as the individuals concerned would not reasonably expect their personal data to be released into the public domain.

For this reason, we are unable to disclose this part of your request.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
