Scottish Government staff and Ministerial credit card information: FOI release

Information requested

Information in relation to credit cards that have been issued to staff working for the Scottish Government including Ministers.

1) Please advise the total expenditure on these cards?

2) Can this please be given from year 2017 until the present date, with a break down year by year?

3) Can you also please confirm that there are receipts for all expenditure on each of these credit cards?

In line with our purchasing card policy receipts and invoices must be obtained for all transactions and kept for three years. If requested the cardholder is expected to provide receipts and/or invoices within ten working days. Travel and Subsistence and ministerial cardholders must provide receipts for all expenditure, except mileage allowances and toll charges.
