1. I would like to request a written and mapped list for road outfalls in the area outlined in the attached map.
2. I would like to request historic data for each of these outfalls over ten years — 2015-2024 inclusive (or as far back as possible, depending on the outfalls' age and the length of monitoring).

I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs) for

1. I would like to request a written and mapped list for road outfalls in the area outlined in the attached map.

2. I would like to request historic data for each of these outfalls over ten years — 2015-2024 inclusive (or as far back as possible, depending on the outfalls' age and the length of monitoring).

I have concluded that a new decision should be substituted.

You provided a clear definition of ‘outfall’ in your review response, and I apologise that our original response did not provide you with the information that you need. I have conducted further searches of our asset management system based on your definition of outfall provided in your email of 11 December 2025. I have attached the provided information that is included in Appendix A in form of a map and Appendix B in form of a written list.

We do not hold historic data for each of the identified outfalls over ten years. The provided information is the only information we hold in our records.
