Information requested
- The Scottish Government’s documented process, policy, or procedure for receiving, assessing,and responding to data-protection complaints, given that these are not handled under the MCHP complaints procedure.
- The Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the Warmer Homes Scotland programme. If no DPIA exists, please provide the recorded risk assessment and the documented justification for determining that a DPIA was not required.
