Information requested

Could you supply all documentation held, including correspondence sent and received, minutes/notes from meetings, briefing, analysis, about the gender recognition reform bill from the last three months.

Response

Some of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A attached to this letter. Exemptions under section 29(1)(a), section 30(c) and section 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B to this letter.
